Recirculating Systems

Oil re-circulation systems provide a continuous oil flow to the bearings and lubricant is re-circulated back to the tank.
The pump station is equipped with cooling, heating, filtration and instrumentation to maintain the lubricant at optimal condition.
Plain Bearings designed to be lubricated hydrodynamically benefit from a high pressure system – hydrostatic lubrication.
A well designed oil system will monitor Oil Condition, Flow Rate, Temperature (in and out of the bearing).
