Dualine Systems

Ideal where a large number of bearings are served over an extended area. Heavy industrial machinery such as Steel Plants, and Paper Mills.
Dual line systems are reliable particularly in harsh environmental conditions. In the event of one lubrication point becoming blocked or failing, the remainder of the system is not affected and continues working without problems. The main criticism of Dualine used to be the inability to monitor individual valve operation.

This is no longer the case due to PLC / Proximity Switch Monitoring. The large section of pump packages together with many custom design options allows any grease lubrication to be developed reliably and cost-effectively.

Single Line Systems

The Progressive divider distributes the flow of a pump into separate 'progressive outlets' by the use of a progressive spool arrangement. Positive lubrication feedback for all of the points can be achieved by monitoring one outlet with a cycle sensor. This can also be used to calculate the amount of grease being injected into each point.
Dedicated and affordable electronic control and monitoring equipment, such is available to monitor and control the complete operation of a progressive system.

Used with 1, 2 or 3 Pistons and incorporating progressive dividers can provide precise volumes to a large number of bearings
